Competencies consisting of knowledge, skills, behavior and motivation that all employees working at Lidersan must have; we meticulously determine the suitability of candidates according to these values by combining them with the qualifications required by the position.   During this evaluation process, we take great care to conduct competency-based interviews covering all our employees in the most fair way.

 

Talent Development

We professionally manage all training and development processes aimed at developing the competencies of our employees and increasing their job performance, identifying training and development needs, creating training plans, implementing them and evaluating their effectiveness.

Additionally, as Lidersan, we organize “Training the Trainer” programs to support the educator identity of our leaders.   These programs are designed to enable experienced leaders to effectively transfer their knowledge and experience to their subordinates.   We also have programs that aim to develop leadership competency through projects such as “Engineer School”.   These projects aim to develop leaders within our own ranks by improving the talents and leadership potential of our leading managers.
